The ready-to-wear brand KIABI opens its e-shop to external brands to expand its digital offer. In order to become the preferred brand for families, KIABI has strong ambitions. More than 200,000 products and 500 sellers are planned to be available on the new marketplace by 2025.

Change management: KIABI adopts the process culture

In partnership with the consulting agency Zetrace, the Marjory solution allowed the teams to design the future processes of the marketplace. This step allowed the acceleration of the framing and the security of the project. Accelerated integration and optimized costs

The back-office marketplace (Mirakl) and the PSP (Mangopay) were able to interconnect with the different bricks of the company’s e-commerce site while reducing the workload of the IT department.
